Planet's Internet Ordering System is available to contracted corporate customers only. After clicking the icon (right) a window requesting User ID and password is displayed. Unauthorised persons are unable to continue past that point.

Use of Planet's Online Ordering System is subject to our Internet Ordering Terms and Conditions of Trade.

IMPORTANT: Your user name, password etc. verify that you are a registered customer and prevent anyone else who may have access to your computer from ordering in your name without your express permission. Guard your password as carefully as you would your ATM password or credit card number.

ONLINE BUSINESS CARDS & PERSONALISED STATIONERY

Personalised items (eg. stationery and business cards) ordered through this secure internet system allow the authorised purchaser to enter and view the final business card layout prior to submitting the order. The purchaser shall require Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the layout for approval purposes in PDF format.

IMPORTANT: The PDF Preview must be viewed prior to submitting the order and double checked for accuracy of spelling, layout and adherance to corporate style. The file submitted provides Planet Press with the final artwork and must be checked as correct. Authorised customer representatives who enter personalisation details are responsible for the correctness of the files submitted.

By submitting the order, the customer has approved the final layout as acceptable for printing. No changes will be made by Planet Press to the file received.

ONLINE ORDERING FOR WAREHOUSED FINISHED GOODS

Generic items (not personalised) that are purchased by the customer are listed as "Stock Items" and have a lo-res preview and pdf for identification and ordering.

Upon submitting the order, Planet Press shall retrieve the items from our warehouse according to the terms of trading agreed between our organisations. It is the responsibility of the customer's organisation to ensure purchasing authorisation for approved personnel, and also to agree to delivery and payment of the goods ordered by approved personnel.

Larger corporations, group businesses and franchises are taking advantage of this technology, enabling various locations, branches, regional offices etc. to be able to arrange order and delivery of their goods direct from their contracted preferred design, print & logistics provider - Planet Press.
